Upcoming Changes to Medicaid and the Impact on Home Care

If you plan to age independently in the comfort of home, this workshop will cover substantial changes to the Medicaid program that could limit your access to long-term care benefits. Elder Law Attorney Louis Pierro will explain how and when new rules take effect that will determine your eligibility for Medicaid home care, including a new 30-month “look back” for asset transfers and more stringent assessments.
